CIPS 7th Convocation 2024: Registration Details and Instruction For Students

CIPS 7^th Convocation 2024 for MS students has been scheduled for Thursday 31 Oct 2024 from 1000-1200 hours in Jinnah Auditorium.

Full Dress Rehearsal

1. The date for Full dress rehearsal for CIPS 7th convocation will be communicated later.

Documents required at the day of Convocation

1. Participants are requested to carry National Identity Card.
2. Lodging and boarding will have to be arranged by the participants themselves through respective Schools DDs.

Instructions related to Gowns and Caps for Graduating Students

1. Contractor will provide caps & Gowns to all the students of PG attending the convocation.
2. Students will be required to deposit Rs. 2,000/- (tentative) as security deposit in advance on the day before convocation or rehearsal day.

• The security money will be reimbursed upon return of caps & gowns to the contractor after deducting Rs 500/- (tentative) as rent.

1. Students should collect the gowns and caps before the convocation and make sure that gowns are properly ironed on the day of convocation.

Dress Code- Graduating Students/ Guests

Male:   A dark colour Lounge Suit with closed collar/ National dress.

Female:  Decent dress of sober colors with proper dark color shoes.

Registration Process & Confirmation of Participation

1. Students should confirm their participation by sending a scanned copy of the deposit slip/challan form and the duly filled registration form (below) to the following email addresses by 30th September 2024:
