Summary

Dr. Shakir Ullah holds a PhD in Development Studies, specializing in Conflict, Peace, and Development from COMSATS University Islamabad. He also pursued coursework at NMBU, Norway, as part of a student exchange program. Dr. Shakir has earned a master's degree in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and a bachelor’s degree from GCU Lahore. Before joining the Center for International Peace and Stability (CIPS) at NUST as an Assistant Professor, he served as a Research Associate at CUI Abbottabad and as a Project Manager at the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad. He is the Director Local Quality Enhancement Cell (DLQEC) at the Centre for International Peace and Stability (CIPS), NUST, Islamabad.
